FLAT (PARALEL) WEDGE

DIN 6885 Flat (Parallel) Keys have four ground surfaces.

The surface finish is RA 0.32. The material is C 45 K.

Breaking loads range from 900 to 1200 N/mm².

By applying a grinding operation to the surfaces, a much smoother and cleaner surface is achieved compared to cold-calibrated keys, ensuring a longer service life. Consequently, due to the high breaking loads, no deformation or play occurs in the key under stress.

It is more efficient than comparable products.

HALF-MOON WEDGE

Both surfaces of DIN 6888 half-moon wedges are ground.

The surface finish is RA 0.32. The material is C 45 K.

Breaking loads range from 900 to 1200 N/mm².

By applying a grinding operation to the surfaces, a much smoother and cleaner surface is achieved compared to cold-calibrated wedges, ensuring a longer service life. Consequently, thanks to the high tensile strength, the wedges do not deform or become loose under stress.
